This article aims to determine whether customized lingual appliances are effective in anterior protrusion cases. Here, we present a case of a 24-year-old female diagnosed with skeletal Class I malocclusion with anterior crowding. The treatment modalities were extraction of the four second bicuspids and employment of Ormco 7th lingual system. The changes in denture manifested Class I canine/molar relationship. Furthermore, the cephalometric analysis showed that maxillary and mandibular incisors were retracted and protrusive lips were retrusion with a pleasing facial profile. This case demonstrates that the correction of anterior protrusion is feasible with a customized lingual appliance.
